eLearning is no longer a fringe market. The pandemic greatly increased the demand for eLearning with the inaccessibility to meet in person. Some of the results were positive, and some were not.

One sad/exciting element of all design is that most designs we created five ago now appear completely outdated. Staying current with design trends not only leads to content that “looks great and modern” but contains new functionalities and technologies that emerge over time. Here are some current web trends that have influenced our training design this year.

It’s time to get on the same page about eLearning (or E-Learning). For some the term eLearning triggers flashbacks to long and boring online compliance courses. For others, eLearning has been high-quality video conferences with a tutor to help them learn a second language. eLearning continues to shift and evolve, and we aim to explain it as we see it in 2021.
